About the Project

The Lido Waterfront Boulevard is an upcoming major development in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, led by Tropicana Corporation. This ambitious project is a freehold, integrated mixed-use development spread across 163 acres of reclaimed land along the Johor City Centre waterfront, directly facing Singapore. The first phase, known as Skypark Kepler (previously known as The Watermark), is expected to be soft-launched around the fourth quarter of 2024. Strategically located, it is just a 7 to 10-minute drive from the Bukit Chagar Station of the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) line, which is anticipated to enhance connectivity between Johor Bahru and Singapore.

Lido Waterfront Boulevard is positioned to become a key central business district (CBD) in Iskandar Malaysia, featuring green and sustainable designs with planned certifications such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Green Building Index (GBI). The project will include a 54-storey high-rise building with 1,596 serviced apartments, retail spaces, and a Grade-A office tower, aiming to attract both residents and businesses.
 

This development is expected to play a crucial role in transforming Johor Bahru into a major investment and business hub, especially with the upcoming Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and the RTS link, making it an attractive location for investors and businesses.
